Throughout the wedding, Music sets the mood for
various Events.
From the time guests are seated at the ceremony
until the couple leaves for the honeymoon, Music is
a Factor in All the Aspects of the Wedding.
The
Ceremony
If you are using a sound system at the
Ceremony provided by the location,
CHECK OUT THE AUDIO SYSTEM before the day
of the Wedding.
It May be easier to Bring your own Sound Sytem with
you, even as a back-up.
There are three events at the Ceremony when will
need music playing:
While the guests are being seated
For the Procession, And During the Recessional
The
Reception
The announcer needs to be able to move
the wedding forward in time. This is essential to
allow for a smooth transition between events,
without feeling rushed. Tell the music
choreographer or disc jockey precisely what you
want in your wedding. By simply getting the music
list in writing and signed, you will ensure the
best possible outcome. This is a area that can ruin
your wedding by a poorly prepared music vendor.
Always bring two copies of your song for your first
dance, and make sure your vendor has a back-up
system.
